Karnataka Janaarogya Chaluvali (KJC) in collaboration with the Masters Program in Public Policy, National Law School of India University along with various progressive movements, sanghatans and community collectivesheld a one-day state-level convention titled ‘Citizenship and Public Health’ on 26th September 2016 at NSLIU, Nagabhavi, Bangalore.
The Convention saw deliberations on various health care policies to arrive at demands to meaningfully strengthen the public health system, ensure protection of citizens’ health rights and build public pressure to reverse anti-people health care policies.
