Everyone knows that babies are fussy eaters and to make them consume different types of vegetables is not an easy task. Shruti presents an easy way to get around this problem.
Every day, boil three types of vegetables and feed the baby the resultant nutrients-infused water. The vegetables can also be mashed with cooked rice, seasoned with a little pepper, garlic and jeera for taste, and given to the baby. This will help them digest it better and as the vegetables are changed every day, the taste will differ as well. Coupled with breast milk, these are the best food options for a healthy baby.
