Active Cooking: Vitamin A-rich Drumsticks Subzi

RJ Usha from Radio Active CR 90.4 MHz brings us another tasty drumsticks subzi recipe.



Two tomatoes
Chilli powder

First, cut the drumstick into small pieces and keep them aside. Using the preferred amount of oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves, season the onions and fry them. Add in the chopped tomatoes and chilli powder and fry again. Now, add the chopped drumsticks and salt to taste. Serve hot!



RJ Usha reminds us that drumsticks contain Vitamin A which is good for everyone’s health, mainly the eyes.
