Roopa Ravi learned the recipe for Mixed Green Chutney from a family relative. In this episode of Active Cooking, she shows us how to realise it. “This chutney is tasty as well as a great way to reduce weight.”

Ingredients:
Pudina
Kottambri
Basil leaves
Tulsi leaves
Karbevina soppu
Ginger
Chilies
Onion
Jeera
Garlic
First, mix the tulsi, kottambri, karbevina, and basil leaves and add in the ginger, garlic, half a lemon, a bit of the onion, chilies, and jeera. Grind it all using a little water that is added bit by bit. Keep grinding till you get a fine paste.
This dish is ready! Serve it with your favourite breads and carbs.
