In this episode of Active Bengaluru, members from the team behind ‘Crack the Cocoon’ speak with RJ Priyanka.
The three guests of the episode are – Dr. Jasmine Jasu, who is a Consultant Psychiatric Social Work and Family Therapist; Vishaka, who is a part of Indest, a student-led NGO; and Anirudh Gupta, who is a queer transgender person who has been working as a gender and sexuality activist for the past few years.

Mental health and queerness will be the point of discussion on 9th February, 2020 at Koramangala Social from 5 pm to 8 pm. The event will feature poetry, storytelling, and a panel discussion on mental health.
The Mental Health Conclave is a larger effort poised at questioning and helping erase the stigma that surrounds mental illness. The event will be held at UB City on Sunday, February 23rd. It is an initiative by Indest and the Cadabam’s Group, and is the first conclave of India that is focused on mental health.
