In this special episode, Asha shares the recipe for Brinjal Kara Kulambu.
Ingredients required:
Brinjal
Onion
Garlic
Tomato
Curry Leaves
Kadalebele
Jeera
Methi Seeds
Turmeric Powder
Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves
First, make the seasoning using the kadalebele, jeera, methi seeds, and curry leaves. Later, add in the onions, turmeric powder, and chilli powder.
Then, add the tomatoes and allow the mix to boil for sometime.
Once the tomatoes are boiled, add in the chopped brinjal pieces. Add salt and water as required.
Top it with coriander leaves as garnish.
This brinjal dish can be served with chappati, ragi mudde (balls), or rotti.
